Order Processing Time
Made to Order: All our products are made to order.
Processing Duration: Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is **3-7 business days** after the order has been processed.
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery is **7-21 business days** after processing, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Rates
- We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.95. Order greater than $80 get free shipping.
- Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.
Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How to Track: Use the tracking link provided in the email to monitor your shipment's progress.
International Shipping Details
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions
Unavailable Regions: Currently, we do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or unreliable postal services. If your country is unavailable at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot fulfill orders to that location at this time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Delayed Delivery: If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hi@funkyfungibles.com.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. Funky Fungibles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- **Address Changes:** If you need to update your shipping information, contact us immediately at hi@funkyfungibles.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order is processed.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@funkyfungibles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
